About Me

I was raised on the East side of the Pittsburgh area and moved away to pursue a degree from The Pennsylvania State University.  I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services, with a background in Special Education and Human Development and Family Studies.. From my undergraduate career, I continued my education with The Pennsylvania State University receiving my masters in Counselor Education. In addition to my master’s degree, I earned my National Certified Counselor (NCC) certificate. I worked in Keystone Central School District as an Elementary Counselor. I also worked as a clinician at Penn State counseling college students. I love my profession and all the excitement the school year brings! I am humbled to been able to serve Mifflin County School District in starting my 6th school year.  I look forward to engaging with all my students and their families at Strodes Mills Elementary school this coming year!
